Hubbly is an autonomous revenue system for SMB and mid-market teams. A company drops in its website, and Hubbly maps the market, publishes content that ranks on Google and AI search, finds buyers who are ready to talk, runs outreach and calls, and books the meetings.
My role
I joined as a senior frontend developer. Over time I moved into a project lead role next to the project manager, with one job: help the team ship faster and keep bugs out of releases.
What I did
- Built and reviewed frontend features across the product.
- Planned the work and ran brainstorming sessions that turned rough ideas into scope the team could build.
- Met shareholders and the holding company directly, and turned their business expectations into technical direction.
- Held a high quality bar on every release, so bugs were caught before users saw them.
Result
- Faster progress: decisions came straight from the people who owned the business goals, with nothing lost in between.
- A team that shipped with confidence, because quality was part of the plan from the start.
