MyOrbit is the app for Telkomsel Orbit, the home internet service from Telkomsel, Indonesia’s largest mobile operator. Customers use it to manage their modem: see connected devices, set internet schedules, check daily usage per app, and top up quota. It has more than 1 million downloads on Google Play.
What I did
- Joined the React Native team ahead of the first release, adding capacity when the team needed to move faster.
- Built and fixed features in the React Native codebase so version one could reach users sooner.
- Brought my web frontend skills across to mobile. This was the start of my React Native work, which later led to TRACtoGo and the Hi Warga field app.

I worked on MyOrbit through the agency team at SALT (PT Ako Media Asia) in 2019–2020. The app has had many releases since then.
